Hand me downs....

We have a bunch of stuff that we are getting rid of but before we bring everything to Good Will, we are checking to see if any of you guys need any of this stuff:

• Beautiful hand-crafted 3-story Victorian Doll House (made by my dad)
• kids swimming pool
• stroller
• 16" girls bike (no kick stand)
• 12" boys bike (no kick stand)
• Double Camping chair "Love Seat"
• small hockey net
• Ab-Away Pro (exercise equipment)
• plastic golf clubs
• 5-point Harness Car seat 
• Camping pots/pans
• some beach toys
• Garage Refrigerator (the Freezer freezing ice but for some reason doesnt totally freeze other things solid.  The Fridge part works just fine and is clean)

Neighbor Get-Together?

Who's up for a BBQ this weekend?  How bout Saturday, June 11th starting at 4:30.  We can
meet in Diane's driveway (is that OK Diane!?).  Bring your own grilling main item and
some fruit or salad or dessert to share.  Who's available?

Hi everyone!

this is a great idea, Denise! Thanks for starting this!

My first posting is to ask for the families of Heather Drive to help w/ a can drive this summer (from now through end of August)

My oldest daughter, Sydney, is part of a youth group from Christ Lutheran Church in Lake Elmo. They are going on a mission trip to Jamaica in October to help out at the Robin's Nest Orphanage there. To raise money to offset the cost of the trip ($1300 each) they have started a "Kans for Kids" can drive to raise funds.

The families of Heather Drive can help! We would love to pick up your aluminum cans from you if you would be able to separate them from the rest of your recycling--Just give me a call and we can come by and get them. If you'd rather, you can also drop them off at the end of our driveway at any time (EXCEPT late Monday eve or early Tuesday mornings, as the recycling trucks come before we leave for work, and your donations would be lost). If anyone knows of another source of cans we can collect from (ex. workplaces, etc), I'd love to know!

Microwave Anyone?

Thanks to Denise for setting this up, this is great!! This is Diane Andresen writing.  I wanted to share that our upcoming move is June 24th (and we're moving into temporary housing until we close on our new home July 29th).  We are moving to Pinnacle Way in the Eagle Valley Association.  Very excited, nervous, and will miss all of you!

Of course with moving comes the question - do we need all this stuff? So in the coming weeks we'll be purging things - but one thing we've already come upon is a small white microwave. We bought a range microwave a few months back, so we didn't need this one. If interested, send me an email matt_diane@msn.com by next Saturday, otherwise, Craig's list or Good Will it is!
